AL ESPINOSA
Al is the founder and owner of Impact Athlete Fitness. He shows up around 5am and leaves the gym around 6pm - and has a smile on his face the whole time. The pride he has in his members and clients is amazing. Al has a way of making the most creative workouts, bootcamps and circuits for the gym.
“I just want to inspire others to change their lives for the better. It is all about living a healthy life and improving your physical fitness in a fun way. Keep it simple!”

MELANIE LINN
Mel has been with Impact Athlete Fitness since the beginning, teaching classes and personal training since 2016. She has an absolutely contagious energy and motivates everyone in her classes. Mel focuses on building strength, cardiovascular health and building confidence with her clients. She enjoys helping people feel confident in the gym so her clients realize they CAN do it.
“I like to help people push themselves and get out of their comfort zone to show them what they are capable of.” *cue awkward dance moves*

Michael Akintujoye
Michael's fitness journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. Having experienced life on both sides of the spectrum—from being overweight to becoming fit. He found his passion in personal training. What started as offering advice to fellow gym members evolved into a deep love for helping others transform their lives through fitness.
Michael's advice for anyone starting their fitness journey: Focus on the little things. Small changes in your daily habit and find your “why.” That deeper reason will keep you going when motivation fades. When you train with me, I’ll help you find that “why” and push you toward becoming the best version of yourself.”
